The 2 Days Tsavo East & Tsavo West Safari offers a perfect combination of Kenya’s largest national parks, giving you diverse landscapes, rich wildlife, and iconic attractions. From the open plains of Tsavo East to the scenic hills, springs, and rhino sanctuary in Tsavo West, this safari provides a complete and unforgettable wildlife experience within a short time.
Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Diani Beach or Mombasa. You will drive along the Mombasa–Nairobi highway to Tsavo East National Park, entering through Bachuma Gate.
Enjoy a morning game drive across the vast savannah plains, with chances to spot wildlife such as lions, elephants, buffaloes, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and antelopes.
You will visit the famous Aruba Dam, a popular watering point where animals and birdlife gather, especially during the dry season.
Proceed to Voi Safari Lodge for check-in and buffet lunch. After lunch and a short rest, continue with a game drive en route to Tsavo West National Park, entering via Tsavo River Gate.
Visit the Rhino Sanctuary, where you may spot the rare and endangered black rhino, along with other wildlife species.
Dinner and overnight stay at your lodge in Tsavo West.
Start your day with an early breakfast at 6:30 AM, then proceed for a morning game drive in Tsavo West.
Visit the beautiful Mzima Springs, a natural oasis fed by underground water from Mount Kilimanjaro. Here, you will enjoy views of hippos, crocodiles, and crystal-clear waters filled with fish.
Continue with a game drive as you exit the park, spotting more wildlife along the way.
Drive back to Mombasa or Diani with lunch en route, arriving in the late afternoon and dropped off at your hotel.
